factoHR was found in 2016 on repeated requests from our existing and potential customers who were looking for Simple, Scalable, Agile, Robust, Hire to Retire modules with in-depth functionalities. They were also looking for the above solutions a valuable price.

Why were we named factoHR?

“factoHR” is named so for 2 reasons.

Firstly, we have built a solution that provides data based on ‘facts’ instead of mere assumptions. Secondly, our software embraces the DIY approach, similar to a factory, which is highly configurable, robust, scalable, and the implementation is just a matter of a few hours. And thus “factoHR”.
